Emily Cavey

Emily Cavey is an English cellist based in Australia. She studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London on a full scholarship and has performed throughout Europe with the Chekhov String Trio.

Now a freelance performer, Emily plays regularly with The Metropolitan Orchestra and the Willoughby Symphony Orchestra, appears in musical theatre productions, and is a core member of both the Strings Attached Ensemble and the Aurelian Ensemble.

Alongside her orchestral and chamber work, Emily performs as a solo acoustic and electric cellist for weddings, corporate events, concerts and special occasions across New South Wales.
